happy new year again, emma spent her new year doing homework and lame things.

of all things, homework. but there's no other choice, because emma's spent the rest of her holidays slacking and watching tons of dramas.

emma has read many new year resolutions and so she shall list some of hers.

actually, emma doesn't really know what she wants to be when she grows up, she quit thinking about being a teacher because she doesn't really have the patience and courage to be a teacher, because she thinks that teachers have to face tons of criticisms from students and everything.

She has thought about being an interior designer, but she's currently not too sure about it, although she still adores flipping through those books. Maybe she's just too young to decide about her career..

here they are.

1) study harder. study harder. emma has done terribly in her exams in secondary three because she has been far too addicted to her computer.

It has led to her sudden drop in results, including her favourite subjects like history. Her maths has gone nuts, i'm sure you'll know. she used to love maths alot even in secondary one. The only reason why she has done badly is because she studies only one day before the exams this year. This studying method only applies for geography and sometimes biology, occasionally for history and maybe social studies. but NEVER for maths and chem. never, never, never. so, learn from emma's mistakes.

DON'T STUDY A DAY BEFORE EXAMS. yes, she only started doing this in secthree. its shocking how results can drop SO MUCH from sec2 to sec3. its that shocking.

2) spend time wisely. very obvious why i have to do that, its o levels next year you know.

3) concentrate on my tasks at hand. even if i'm not playing, i still can't concentrate. concentrate emma! concentrate!

4) stop doing things only when i feel like it.

5) quit being overly sensitive. its only resulted in me worrying over the most stupid things and being sad for silly reasons.

6) notice others' needs before mine

7) STOP USING THE COMPUTER SO MUCH

8) keep myself sane

9) accept my own mistakes and improve myself gradually. heed others' advices and stop doing only what i think is right.

10) be more quick in my actions. everybody knows i do things too slowly

11) STOP BEING INDECISIVE. woah, that's a BIG problem for me. i can spend 20 minutes at CHEERS just deciding what sweet i want to buy -.- i'm serious. i'm SUPER indecisive. KICK THAT HABIT man.

12) be a responsible person. I seem to be losing some of my responsibility i might have held last time. Mostly in terms of work and all those. First step? start working harder.

If i can achieve all these goals and resolutions, i'm pretty sure i'll do much better in my exams next time round. Of course, these are the most important reasons on why i've failed myself this year.

2008's a new start for me, definitely. EMMA YOU CAN DO IT SO WORK HARD! like i used to in sec one @.@
